Description
This workshop introduces the benefits of Kundalini yoga. We will combine yoga asanas (postures) with pranayams (breathing techniques), resulting in a quick and vigorous cardiovascular workout. Kundalini boosts the endocrine, immune, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems and is excellent for those with chronic illness, depression, hormone disorders or fatigue. We work specifically on your glands that regulate your metabolism. We end with meditation.
