The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali refer to Eight limbs (branches) of yoga, each of which offers guidance on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. Learn about each one and how to incorporate them into your yoga practice. This class is taught by Margaret Wilcox, a certified TriYoga? instructor.
