HERBOLOGY Class & Ebook: We will learn to make our own formulas and the benefits and classifications of herbs and various preparations.
FERMENTATION: We will cover making whey, fermented drinks/veggies vs. pickling.
VEGAN COOKING: Introducing new ways of making vegetables the main component of your meals, and other vegan tricks when you run out of things like eggs. Maggie’s Recipes for Wellness Ebook.
LUNCH: Prepared by us!
ELEMENTAL ART: As we connect to our own elemental nature, we will also mirror the elements around us and create.
COMMUNITY: We will practice Karuna, compassionate action in circle and energy work. Chanting Crystal Codes, Journaling, EFT, Ritual, and Group Exercises to connect to our Hearts.

You will depart feeling rooted in yourself and empowered to move forward in life while learning new tools to nourish your body. You will enjoy stunning sunsets and animal sightings. Private rooms or shared available. The central areas are gracious and cozy, and there is an outdoor Jacuzzi. Yoga mats and props are available during our Yin-Yang Yoga Sessions. Beginner level.
We will leave time for silent meditation, walking the private grounds, shopping and group activities.
