8 Recorded Classes with Online Kundalini Reiki Attunements
In this journey, we will move through your Chakras (energy centers), which begins at the Base of your spine to encourage Feminine Awareness, Purify the Mind, and Empower your Being.
I will guide you on your personal journey, strengthening weak areas from injury and encouraging your life-force energy to move through the body. We will experience a mix of Yang (Kundalini-Style) Yoga and Yin (TriYoga® Flows).
Additionally, I will be activating you to KUNDALINI REIKI to assist on an energetic level (a $111 value).
YANG: Kundalini Yoga is much more than a system of physical exercise; it’s a dynamic, powerful tool for expanding awareness. Kundalini Yoga combines yoga Postures with Breathwork, resulting in a quick and vigorous workout. It boosts the endocrine, immune, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. It is excellent for those who work with energy or have migraines, sinus infections or autoimmune diseases. It promotes physical health, stimulates the mind’s potential, and opens your innermost being to the divine.
YIN: Kali Ray TriYoga® Flows emphasize spinal wave-like movements that increase strength, flexibility and energy. These flows connect you to your inner Goddess energies held in your cells. It encourages Compassion, Nurturing, and Intuition. You will learn a union of Postures, Breath and Focus (Mudras) with flowing and sustained postures. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the inner flow naturally emerges. This trinity practice is deeply meditative and transformative as each movement follows your mindful breath.
Followed by Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation and Integration.
